Software Freedom Day

Saturday September 15th is Software Freedom Day, and to celebrate, we are running a street stall out the front of The LAN Mine.

You may be one of the several people who we met through this event, so we have put this story up to help you understand who we are.

MurLUG stands for Murray Linux Users Group, which is a special interest group for people who use Open Source Software such as Linux. The purpose of the LUG is so that people can get advice from other users, and contribute as well.

At this point, MurLUG is predominantly an Online LUG, but given someone with the time and resource to organise, there may one day be physical meetings. Until then please see the forum and mailing list links in the top right corner.
